An undisclosed flaw in Oracle Customer Interaction History 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote attackers to read and alter customer data. The Outcome-Result component is affected, but Oracle has not published the endpoint, input, or erroneous operation involved. Exploitation requires another person's interaction and permits reading a subset of accessible data and updating, inserting, or deleting some accessible data.
