Denial of service in the Oracle Solaris 11 kernel allows local users with low privileges to cause a system hang or repeatable crash. Oracle has not disclosed the affected kernel path or the operation that mishandles attacker-controlled input. A valid low-privilege login is required, and the documented consequence is limited to loss of system availability.
