Authenticated data disclosure and modification via undisclosed flaw
Published Feb 17, 2024 · Updated Mar 27, 2025
An undisclosed flaw in Oracle Knowledge Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Internal Operations component but has not published the vulnerable locus or its incorrect handling of untrusted input. Exploitation requires low-privileged credentials and interaction by another person; successful attacks expose a data subset and allow some records to be inserted, updated, or deleted.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
