An undisclosed flaw in Log Management for Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform 13.5.0.0 allows remote attackers to access or alter data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the vulnerable endpoint or the Log Management operation that mishandles an HTTP request. Exploitation requires no authentication but does require difficult conditions and interaction by another person, and it can expose all accessible data, alter or delete some data, and partially interrupt the service.
