Improper access control in Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform 13.5.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to compromise managed data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the flawed operation performed by the Event Management component when it processes HTTP traffic. Exploitation requires high privileges and adjacent-network access and enables reading, creating, deleting, or modifying data and partially interrupting service.
