CVE-2024-20915Network attack vector

Unauthenticated service interruption via HTTP request smuggling

Published Feb 17, 2024 · Updated Aug 29, 2024

HTTP request smuggling in Oracle Application Object Library 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote attackers to interrupt Login - SSO service. CISA maps the flaw to inconsistent HTTP-request interpretation, but Oracle has not disclosed which Login - SSO parsers disagree or how crafted requests trigger the failure. Unauthenticated HTTP access is sufficient, and the reported consequence is limited to partial service interruption.
