Memory corruption via unchecked buffer-cache copy

Out-of-bounds write in libsaped on Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Jul-2024 Release 1 allows local attackers to corrupt memory. The library copies insufficiently validated data into its buffer cache, permitting the write to cross the destination boundary. Local execution on an affected Android 12, 13, or 14 device is required; Samsung reports memory corruption but no further outcome.
