Insecure junction handling in Samsung Live Wallpaper before 3.3.8.0 allows local users to create arbitrary directories on Windows. Samsung has not published the affected function; the mapped flaw lets a directory operation follow a Windows junction or mount point outside its intended location. Local access and control of the junction or mount point are required, and the disclosed consequence is limited to creating directories rather than reading or modifying file contents.
