Local code execution via unchecked grid-image size

Heap out-of-bounds write in libsavscmn.so before SMR Jun-2024 Release 1 allows local attackers to execute code on Samsung Mobile Devices. The grid-image parser fails to perform a proper size check before writing heap data, so a crafted grid image can write beyond its allocated buffer. Reachability requires local access to an affected Android 12, 13, or 14 device; successful memory corruption enables arbitrary code execution.
