Out-of-bounds write in libsavsac.so on Samsung Mobile Devices running Android 12 allows local users to execute arbitrary code. The library decodes HCR data without a proper boundary check, allowing the decoder to write beyond its intended memory buffer. Exploitation requires local access but no privileges or user interaction, and successful memory corruption enables code execution in the affected component.
