Memory corruption via improperly validated APDU

An out-of-bounds write in libsec-ril before SMR Apr-2024 Release 1 allows local privileged attackers to corrupt Samsung Mobile Devices memory. The APDU handler inadequately validates an APDU before performing a write that crosses the intended memory boundary. Reaching the flaw requires high local privileges on an affected device, and Samsung reports memory corruption rather than arbitrary code execution.
