OTP reconfiguration in Samsung Exynos 1330, 1380, and 2400 allows local users with TEE control to place devices in RMA mode. Samsung has not identified the component or validation failure that permits one-time-programmable configuration to be changed. Exploitation requires privileged TEE control and disables security features by transitioning the device into RMA mode.
