Local code execution via unchecked buffer write

Out-of-bounds write in libpadm.so on Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Feb-2024 Release 1 allows local users to execute arbitrary code. The padmd_vld_htbl function omits a buffer-size check before writing input into memory, permitting a write beyond the destination boundary. Exploitation requires local access but no user interaction or prior privileges, and successful memory corruption can compromise device confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
