Code execution via freed SKP object access
Published Aug 14, 2024 · Updated Aug 16, 2024
Use-after-free in Adobe Dimension 3.4.11 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary code when a user opens a malicious SKP file. The SKP parser performs operations on an object without first validating that the object still exists. A victim must open the file; successful exploitation runs code in the current user's process context, without granting greater privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.

What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
