Published Mar 1, 2024 · Updated Apr 16, 2025
Cross-site scripting in HelpDeskZ 2.0.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through the email field. The email field passes a crafted JavaScript payload into an authenticated user's browser without sufficient neutralization. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and user interaction, and the resulting script can partially control the victim's browser session.
