Memory disclosure via out-of-bounds file parsing
Published Mar 18, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Animate 24.0 and 23.0.3 and earlier allows attackers to disclose sensitive memory via a malicious file. Adobe has not disclosed the affected parser or the unchecked length or offset; the published record establishes only that malicious-file processing reads beyond a memory boundary. Exploitation requires a user to open the file, and disclosed memory can expose address data used to bypass ASLR.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
