Untrusted search path handling in Adobe Lightroom 7.1.2 and earlier allows attackers to execute code as the current user on macOS. When a victim opens a malicious file, the application searches an attacker-modified path for a critical program and executes the substituted program. User interaction and prior control of the searched location are required; Adobe has not identified the loaded resource or lookup routine.
