Code execution via RAR filter length underflow

Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows libarchive on affected Windows 11 and Server 23H2 builds allows remote attackers to execute code. The execute_filter_e8 function subtracts five from an attacker-controlled block length of four, wrapping the loop bound and accessing beyond the RAR virtual machine's heap buffer. Exploitation requires user interaction to extract the archive and runs code in the context of the application using the library.
