Stored JavaScript execution via unsanitized resident name

Stored cross-site scripting in SourceCodester Barangay Population Monitoring System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject JavaScript. The update-resident.php endpoint stores the full_name value without neutralizing it before the resident record is rendered. Administrative access is required to update a resident, and execution occurs when a user views the affected resident data.
