Arbitrary code execution via unsafe retriever deserialization

Unsafe deserialization in LangChain Community 0.0.26 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code through a malicious TFIDFRetriever archive. TFIDFRetriever.load_local passes locally stored .joblib and .pkl objects to unsafe deserializers without first requiring an explicit trust opt-in. Exploitation requires a consuming application to load attacker-controlled retriever files, after which payload code runs with the application process's privileges.
