Critical file corruption via symlinked ClamD log

Improper file handling in Cisco ClamAV allows local users to corrupt critical system files through the ClamD service log. ClamD opens its configured log with elevated privileges without rejecting a path replaced by a symbolic link, so later log entries are appended to the link target. Exploitation requires local access to replace the log file and a way to restart ClamD; the bounded result is corruption of the chosen file.
