Client crash via IKEv2 integer underflow

Integer underflow in IKEv2 processing in Cisco Secure Client before 5.1.4.74 allows remote attackers to crash the client. The IKEv2 packet-processing path performs an underflowing integer operation on a crafted packet and terminates the client process. No authentication is required, but user interaction is required; the demonstrated consequence is a client-process crash and VPN service interruption.
