Remote code execution via traversal-based pickle loading

Path traversal in pgAdmin 4 before 8.4 allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted session cookie in server mode. The file-backed session manager passes the cookie-derived session ID to os.path.join without enforcing the session directory, then invokes pickle.load before verifying the HMAC. Windows server mode is reachable without authentication; POSIX/Linux requires an authenticated upload path, and desktop mode is unaffected.
