Missing authorization in EleForms 2.9.9.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to read stored form submissions through its CSV download. The export_csv.php download path returns submission records without verifying that the request has the required WordPress capability. No account or user interaction is required, and the exported CSV can contain data collected through integrated contact forms.
