Server-side request forgery in Cisco Finesse 12.6(2), ES1, and ES2 allows remote attackers to obtain limited service data. The web management interface insufficiently validates user-controlled fields in specific HTTP requests before issuing associated service requests. The default configuration is exposed without authentication; successful requests disclose limited sensitive information, with no reported service interruption.
