Authenticated file access via web UI path traversal

Directory traversal in Cisco Emergency Responder allows remote authenticated users to access or alter files through crafted web UI requests. The web UI fails to confine crafted request paths to intended directories, exposing password and log files and permitting file uploads or deletion. Exploitation requires high-privilege authentication, and resulting actions run with the affected user's privileges.
