Cross-site request forgery in Cisco Emergency Responder 14 and 12.5(1) and earlier allows remote attackers to delete device users. The web UI applies insufficient CSRF protections to requests initiated by a crafted link. A victim must click the link while holding an active session, and resulting actions run with that victim's privileges, including user deletion.
