ACL bypass via misassigned interface lookup keys

ACL bypass in Cisco IOS XR Software 7.10.2 and 7.11.1 allows remote attackers to reach protected resources via transit traffic. Ingress ACL processing on PW-Ether interfaces assigns lookup keys to the wrong internal interface contexts, so matching traffic is not filtered as configured. Exposure requires an affected router with an IPv4 or IPv6 ingress ACL on at least one PW-Ether interface; the consequence is access to resources that the ACL was intended to protect.
