ACL bypass via misassigned interface lookup keys

Improper access control in Cisco IOS XR Software 7.9.1, 7.9.2, and 7.10.1 allows remote attackers to bypass ingress MPLS ACLs. The ACL processor assigns lookup keys to the wrong internal interface contexts when handling traffic traversing the device. Exposure requires IP packet filtering on an ingress MPLS interface, and successful traffic reaches resources that the ACL was configured to protect.
