Browser script execution via reflected input
Published May 15, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Reflected XSS in Cisco Secure Email products' AsyncOS management interface allows remote attackers to execute browser scripts. The interface reflects insufficiently validated input from a crafted link into a page, where the browser interprets it as script. Exploitation requires a management-interface user to click the link and permits script execution in that interface or access to sensitive browser data.
