Arbitrary file upload via missing type validation
Published Jun 14, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Arbitrary file upload in Premio Folders Pro 3.0.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to place files on the server. The handle_folders_file_upload function accepts uploaded content without validating its file type, allowing an Author-level account to store executable content. Exploitation requires Author access or higher, and code execution follows only when the uploaded file lands in a server-executable location.
