Administrator credential disclosure via GroupId SQL injection
Published Mar 1, 2024 · Updated Aug 8, 2024
SQL injection in Netentsec NS-ASG Application Security Gateway 6.3 allows remote authenticated users to read administrator credentials. The /admin/list_ipAddressPolicy.php handler fails to neutralize GroupId before a database query, enabling error-based extraction through extractvalue. Access to the administrative endpoint is required, and the published payload selects administrator names and password values from the Admin table.
