Local privilege escalation via venc bounds-check omission

Out-of-bounds write in MediaTek venc on Android 12.0 allows local users with System execution privileges to escalate privileges. The venc component omits a bounds check before writing input, allowing the write to extend beyond its intended buffer. Exploitation requires prior System execution privileges and no user interaction; MediaTek has not disclosed the affected function or input path.
