Remote denial of service via WLAN memory leak

A memory leak in the MediaTek MT7925 and MT7927 WLAN driver release 2023.11.10 and earlier allows remote attackers to cause denial of service. The driver mishandles untrusted WLAN input by failing to release allocated memory after its effective lifetime, progressively exhausting available memory. No privileges or user interaction are required, and the disclosed consequence is limited to service interruption from memory exhaustion.
