Modem crash via invalid RRC CellGroupConfig

Improper input validation in MediaTek Modem NR15 allows physically proximate attackers to crash the modem with a crafted 5G RRC message. During RRC Attach, Modem NL1 accepts a Connection Setup sequence whose altered transport-block byte clears spCellConfig and changes cellGroupId, triggering a firmware assertion and reboot. Exploitation requires a malicious 5G base station within radio range, occurs before NAS authentication, and can repeatedly interrupt 3GPP connectivity.
