Remote crash via malformed NR RRC setup

Improper input validation in MediaTek Modem NL1 NR15 allows remote attackers to crash affected chipsets via a malformed NR RRC setup message. The Modem NL1 handler accepts invalid NR RRC Connection Setup input from the network without adequate validation and enters a system-crashing state. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is a service-interrupting crash rather than code execution or data exposure.
