Authorization bypass in OpenText Content Manager 10.0 through 23.4 allows remote authenticated users to perform unauthorized server operations. The desktop client enforces some authorization checks locally, so instrumentation can alter its control flow and submit actions the server does not reauthorize. A valid low-privilege account and affected desktop client are required; access policies and records can be changed or deleted.
