Service interruption via Asana regex backtracking

Regular expression denial of service in GitLab CE/EE allows remote authenticated users to hang instances via crafted commit messages. The Asana issue-reference matcher applies a backtracking-prone regular expression to commit messages, and long hash-prefixed strings consume excessive CPU. The attacker needs a project with the Asana integration enabled and permission to create commits or test the integration; repeated requests can make the entire instance unresponsive.
