Root code execution via unchecked configuration overrides

Improper input validation in Fedora Project dnf5daemon-server before 5.1.17 allows local users to execute code as root. The open_session method forwards an unchecked config map into libdnf5, allowing pluginpath and pluginconfpath to reference an attacker-controlled shared library that the root service loads. Any local user with system-bus access can reach the flaw when the package is installed, without passing a Polkit authorization check.
