Low-privilege modification of administrator notification settings
Published Mar 5, 2024 · Updated Mar 14, 2025
Improper access control in Devolutions Server 2023.3.14.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter notification settings. The notification administration interface accepts low-privilege changes to settings reserved for administrators, but the vendor has not identified the faulty endpoint or authorization check. A valid low-privilege account is required, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to modifying administrator-configured notifications.
