Published Feb 24, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Cross-site scripting in SourceCodester Employee Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The Project Assignment Report handler processes the pname parameter in /process/assignp.php without neutralizing it before browser interpretation. An authenticated application account can submit the payload remotely, but another user's interaction is required for script execution and altered page content.
