Published Jul 11, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Cross-site request forgery in E4J s.r.l. VikRentCar before 1.3.2 allows remote attackers to cancel rental requests via forged POST requests. The cancelrequest task accepts rental identifiers and cancellation details without validating a CSRF token before processing the request. A logged-in customer must be induced to submit the forged request, which can cancel or modify that customer's rental request.
