Subscriber data exposure via unchecked AJAX handlers
Published May 2, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Missing authorization in Analytify 5.2.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive plugin settings through AJAX requests. Multiple AJAX handlers accept a nonce available to subscribers without checking the caller's capability before returning plugin-setting data. Subscriber access is sufficient; the disclosed consequence is limited to exposure of unspecified settings data, and public records do not identify the affected handler names.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
