Database data extraction via unprepared post_id query
Published Mar 13, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
SQL injection in AWeber for WordPress 7.3.14 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract database data via post_id. The unLinklandingPagefunction handler inserts the POST post_id value into an existing SQL query without sufficient escaping or parameter preparation. Administrator access and an authorized AWeber account with a linked landing page are required, and injected queries can expose sensitive database contents.
