Unauthenticated provider changes via unchecked REST route

Missing authorization in Roxnor Wp Social Login and Register Social Counter 3.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter provider states. The /wp_social/v1/ REST route accepts provider enable-or-disable requests without checking whether the caller has an administrative capability. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests change which social login and sharing providers are available.
