Database data extraction via unsanitized question ID

SQL injection in Themeum Tutor LMS 2.6.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract database data via question_id. The Utils::get_qa_questions() method concatenates an unsanitized question_id value into the _question.comment_ID clause before preparing the surrounding query. Subscriber or student access is required, and exploitation uses time-based queries to infer sensitive database contents, including password hashes.
