Credential disclosure via sqlplus command-line arguments

Information disclosure in Checkmk before 2.3.0b4, 2.2.0p24, or 2.1.0p41 allows local users to read database credentials. The mk_oracle agent plug-in passes its database connection string, which can contain credentials, to sqlplus as a command-line argument. A low-privileged local user on an Oracle host can retrieve that argument from the process list while the plug-in is running, exposing only the credentials used for database authentication.
