Disk exhaustion via permissive cross-origin uploads

CSRF in Gradio before 4.19.2 allows remote attackers to fill local users' disks through cross-origin file uploads from malicious pages. In routes.py, permissive CORS middleware accepts arbitrary origins, letting a hostile page submit multipart uploads to a localhost endpoint. Exploitation requires a local Gradio app and a user to visit the hostile page; repeated large uploads consume disk space and interrupt service.
