Denial of service via delayed endpoint authorization

Denial of service in RESTEasy Reactive in Quarkus allows remote attackers to exhaust processing resources with crafted HTTP requests. EagerSecurityHandler formed its method description from the resource class instead of the inherited method's actual declaring class, delaying authorization until after request-body deserialization. Exploitation requires affected inherited POST, PUT, or PATCH endpoints and knowledge of their paths; repeated unauthenticated requests can interrupt service.
