Superuser escalation via missing cursor transaction rollback

Privilege escalation in PLV8 3.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute deferred triggers as the PostgreSQL superuser. The plv8_CursorFetch and plv8_CursorMove paths rethrow PostgreSQL errors into JavaScript without rolling back or aborting the transaction. Database object creation rights are required; catching the cursor error and committing leaves a deferred trigger queued for execution during autovacuum.
